01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and lakebd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming website accessible at lakebd.net. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any feature of the lakebd platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

03 Account Registration

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

lakebd supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via locally supported payment methods to ensure fast, fee-free transactions for players across Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

Deposit Terms

• Withdrawals requested before completing any active bonus wagering requirements will be subject to forfeiture of the associated bonus balance.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for lakebd deposit bonuses is 30x (thirty times) the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap, which will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.

• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or collusion will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

06 Gameplay & Fair Play

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lakebd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and — where applicable — referral to the relevant legal authorities.

• Money laundering: Using lakebd to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds as a mechanism for laundering money of any origin.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent identity documents, or any deceptive means to fund or access an account.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to use the platform as a person under 18 years of age.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

lakebd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of a duplicate account.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• Regulatory or legal requirement.

Closing Your Account Voluntarily

You may request the closure of your lakebd account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, lakebd will process any pending withdrawal of your available balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Please note that any active bonus balance at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months and the account balance is zero. Dormant accounts may be closed by lakebd without notice. Accounts with a non-zero balance that are inactive for 12 months will receive a notification to the registered email address before any closure action is taken.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently via their account dashboard or by contacting lakebd support. Once self-exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has elapsed — no exceptions.
